Before You Contact Support

For chain prayer, sign-in, or sync issues, please include:

  • App version
  • Device model
  • A short description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)

Quick Help

Not receiving daily reminders? Open Settings in the app to set your reminder time, and make sure notifications are allowed in your device Settings.

Can't sign in with a second method? Sign in with your original method (Apple or Google), then link the other from Settings → Account.

Want to delete your account? Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all stored data.
