These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Bible Verse mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Daily Bible Verse delivers a daily scripture and lets you save favorites, keep a reading history, share verses as images, and participate in a community prayer feature ("Chain Prayer"). Some features require you to sign in with Apple or Google.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or contribute content. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Chain Prayer lets you submit prayer requests that other users can see and pray for. This is user-generated content, and you are solely responsible for what you submit.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to submit content that is, or to behave in a way that is:
Prayer points are reviewed before they become visible to other users. Content that violates these Terms will be removed, and serious or repeated violations may result in your being blocked from Chain Prayer or having your account terminated. You can report objectionable content, or block another user, at any time from within the app. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

You retain ownership of the prayer points and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the app for the purpose of operating the Chain Prayer feature. You can delete your content, and your account, at any time from Settings.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Prayer content is submitted by users and does not represent our views. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or its community features if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
